NDP Review Drop In Consultation, 14-15 March 2020

Drop In Consultation on review of Pyons Group Neighbourhood Plan

The parish council is consulting on areas to look at in a forthcoming review of the neighbourhood development plan over the weekend of 14-15 March 2020 at Canon Pyon Parish Hall.

  • 10.30am to 1pm Saturday 14 March; and
  • 2pm to 5pm Sunday 15 March 2020

The neighbourhood development plan is being reviewed to ensure it still represents the views and opinion of local people, and because Herefordshire Council does not currently have a five year land supply.

The drop in consultation is an opportunity to give your views on suggested areas to review, and highlight what other areas you’d like to see reviewed. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the NDP process and options, and help to prioritise the areas to review. Members of the parish council and steering group will be on hand at the drop in consultations to answer your questions.

A poster, which has been delivered to households and placed on noticeboards in the parishes, is available to download – NDP Consultation Notice.

If you would like to look at the suggested areas that it is proposed to review before attending the consultation please note that the slides are available to download on the NDP Review Consultation page.  As well as attending the drop in consultation, you can communicate your views via the Community Consultation questionnaire, which is also  available to download on the NDP Review Consultation page.

Please return completed questionnaires to the box at the shop and post office at Canon Pyon, or directly to the Clerk by email (clerk.pyonsgroup@gmail.com). The cut off date for return of questionnaires is Monday 23 March 2020.
